The Mazet type apartment offers 13m² of private terrace as well as a private parking space, essential in this area where parking is paid.
Two collective swimming pools, including a large one heated from April 1st to the end of the All Saints' Day holidays, equipped with sun loungers and mattresses, are at your disposal.
This rental is located 60 meters on foot from the beautiful St-Clair beach with direct access via a small path leaving the residence (ideal for toddlers) and less than a kilometer from the center of Lavandou.
Saint-Clair beach is also well known for its Beach Volleyball sessions in summer.
Nearby, you will find shops, beach restaurants and the beautiful coastal cycle path.
Buses from Toulon, Toulon-Hyères airport or Saint-Tropez stop 10 meters from the residence.
On your arrival, you will be welcomed on site by a trusted person who will introduce you to the residence and the apartment.
You will be asked to pay 30% of the Deposit upon reservation and the balance will be due 1 month before the arrival date. A rental contract will be established with the items.

Toute annulation de réservation sera notifiée par l’envoi d’une lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception.
Si le preneur ne se présente pas le jour de l’arrivée ou si l’annulation intervient 21 jours et moins avant la date de début de séjour : les arrhes restent acquises au propriétaire et le montant total du solde du séjour est dû par le preneur.
1. Entre 22 et 42 jours avant la date de début de séjour : les arrhes restent acquises au propriétaire.
2. Entre 43 jours et 60 jours avant la date de début de séjour les arrhes restent acquises au propriétaire, elles seront restituées si l’appartement aura pu être reloué pour la même période et au même prix.
3. Au-delà de 61 jours avant la date de début de séjour la totalité les arrhes sera remboursée au preneur.
4. Dans le cas d’une diminution du nombre de nuit il n’y aura aucun remboursement sur les portions non utilisées de la réservation.
En cas d'annulation de la location par le propriétaire: ce dernier reversera au locataire le double du montant des arrhes qu'il a perçues, dés notification de la dite annulation, sauf en cas d’intempéries reconnu et déclaré en l'état de catastrophe naturelle.
